it’s a Little Cold….

all of us! we had all the missionærer på fyn, 14 of us, this sweet old lady and her daughter in law that made the dinner, a cute old man (kurt anderson), and another old lady (Edith Jørgensen), and another old man, and a couple and their son (kim and margrethe and phillip), and another old man (robert). ha. all these people have names, I promise. But I only remember half of them….ok. more than that. but not many. it was fun!
my thanksgiving dinner complete with red saft, brun kartofler – it’s Little baby potatoes cooked, like fried I guess, in some kind of liquid something – knowing danes, probably cream – and Brown sugar. actually reallllllly yummy! – something that was trying to be like stuffing. trying really hard. mashed potatoes – made by søster Ivie – one of the ægtepar here. and rød kød. it’s….red cabbage? yup. definitely a Danish thanksgiving! oh! and we had this lemon cream stuff for dessert. danes and their cream :)
on the train! it was an early morning. and we were running all day. allllll day. but it was good :)
